2. Scheduling & Sorting

• Once you decide to proceed, we’ll schedule a date to begin that works for you.

• On the scheduled day, our team will arrive to organize your items into categories: keep, sell, donate, and recycle.

3. Handling the Sale

• Items chosen for sale will be carefully packed and stored offsite, keeping your home uncluttered during the process.

• Our team will handle all listing, pricing, and transactions, ensuring your items reach the right buyers.

• For items sold within 60 days, you’ll receive 75% of the total sale price—putting money back in your pocket.

4. Post-Sale Options

• If any items remain unsold after 60 days, you can choose to reclaim them or explore alternative donation/recycling options.

5. Final Cleaning & Presentation

• Once items are removed, our specialists will vacuum, mop, and clean countertops, leaving your home fresh and presentable—perfect for showings or the next phase of its transition.
